Hello! I'm Shilpa Thakur, the founder of The Next Step. My journey has been marked by diverse experiences and a steadfast commitment to student welfare and development. I began my professional career at Hitkarini Sabha College as an Assistant Registrar, focusing on student support. Following this, I transitioned to the corporate sector with ICICI Bank as a Customer Service Manager in wealth branch, where I honed my skills in customer service and relationship management.

Academically, I hold a B.Sc and MSc. from RDVV University in Narsinghpur, an MBA from Barkatullah University in Bhopal, and an MSWC. Additionally, I am a certified GCC Green Belt from Univariety, which has equipped me with advanced skills in career counselling. These experiences and qualifications have shaped my holistic approach to guiding students and professionals toward fulfilling career paths.
